6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Remember your preferences and settings
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior
  • Provide personalized content and recommendations
  • Enable secure login and donation processing

6.1 Third-Party Analytics and Advertising: We use the following services, which set cookies and receive the pages you visit on this website:

  • Google Analytics — measures how the website is used, so we can improve it.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures how well our fundraising appeals reach people, and how many visitors go on to donate.

6.2 What these services are not given: They are not loaded on your donor account pages, your donation receipt page, or the administrative area. Your name, email address, phone number, postal address, PAN and receipt numbers are never sent to them. Where a completed donation is recorded for advertising measurement, only the amount and currency are shared — nothing that identifies you.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, and both services can be blocked by standard browser privacy settings or extensions without affecting your ability to donate.

7. Children's Privacy

Our website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us immediately.

  • Posting the updated policy on our website with a "Last Updated" date
  • Sending an email notification to registered users

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
